We found the actual recording aspect relatively easy as we thought of different sounds to record and were mainly confident in our ability to speak. Also, we found changing the frequency simple and how to use our headphones to listen to the recordings.
What did we find hard?
The part we found hard was finding how to listen back to the recordings we had made! It took us a while to realise how to do it and we weren't entirely sure we were recording everything right because of the confusion. Inserting the SD card was simple but later getting it onto the computer became quite difficult as we struggled uploading the audio.
What did we learn?
We learnt how to listen back to our recordings after a little while. When we finally did get the chance to listen to them we realised that a lot of our voices were too loud as we'd held the microphone too close to our mouths. Next time we know we can hold the microphones further away as the recorder will pick up sound from all the way across a room very easily.
